At the end of April, PhotoFilms and Kevin Le Vu Photography went on a roadtrip to Grand Canyon, New Mexico, and San Antonio, Texas. It was a long journey, and it took many obstacles to get to our destination (Texas). After filling up the gas tank about 16 times and driving an approximate of 2,600 miles, it was an experience that we shall never forget! Our journey starts like this (google map app showed us the wrong direction): drove past Las Vegas, ended up in Utah, past Zion National Park, finally hit South Rim Grand Canyon, drove endless nights to New Mexico, hiked down to the bat caves at the Caverns in New Mexico, and took straight shots of “monster’s energy drink” to San Antonio– (on the way back was a lot quicker, still had to drive 1,200 miles to California).

As we arrived in San Antonio, we were all geared up and ready for Aaron and Casandra’s engagement session! We started with a night  photo session around the river walk and made our way to Cibolo Creek the next morning. The scenery was so beautiful and definitely different from Southern California.

It wasn’t too long ago when my assistant, Jessie, and I travled to Pittsburgh to photograph Mang and Allison’s engagement. We wanted to update everyone on their gorgeous and unique wedding taken at the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. The venue provides a beautiful backdrop of a large fish tank, as well sharks! We highly recommend this location for couples who love the marine life. Below we have included many of our favorite moments from Mang and Allison’s day!
